Everyglow WLBP Series luminescent pigment is from Rare earth Neodymium oxide base photoluminescent pigment after coating a special waterproof layer on crystals surface,so WLBP have the good water resistant Properties, Daylight appear to colorless, after absorb the visible light for 5-30mins, glow exceed 5~8hours  with purple color.
